I'm a HAES aligned, Certified Personal Trainer creating a supportive, body positive and compassionate environment.


I offer a path to fitness that is holistic, individualized, fun and sustainable.


My focus is on creating healthy movement patterns, helping you find joy in fitness and lifting weights, all while getting stronger mentally and physically!

I’ve been training with Noa since early 2021. It’s hard to exactly put into words, so I’ll do my best, to describe how incredible she is not just as a knowledgeable trainer, but also as a human/friend/support system. When I came to her, I was lost. I knew that I needed to make changes for my health, but had no idea how to start. She guided me (and continues to until today) towards a path shaped by meaningful movement that takes into consideration joint issues, injuries, and mobility challenges.

I used to have serious knee and back pain, exacerbated by my inactive, corporate office lifestyle; during the pandemic these issues took center stage for me as I evaluated my overall health. As soon as I started working with Noa I felt a serious shift. She has taught me how to move my body, respect my body, and take care of it in a way that is actually manageable and sustainable with my busy schedule.

She is flexible and is always committed to making it work — both with timing and scheduling but also with regards to amending exercises to meet one’s abilities and be sensitive to pain/injury. I have never, seriously never, left a workout with weird aches or overstretched/overworked muscles, but have always felt challenged nonetheless. Now, over two years later, I feel stronger and more confident and HEALTHIER! All in all, the best workout and the best trainer.


There is no doubt in my mind that after your first session with Noa, you’ll immediately see what I’m talking about! Wish I could train with her every day. Seriously. Noa is the best, period!

When I first started working with her my body was in need of strengthening, my posture was not good and my balance was less than good.
